I was born in Tulare California & raised in cities throughout Tulare County. I've experienced firsthand the dramatic growth and changes in our real estate market in Visalia and in it's surrounding communities. I'm a proud U.S. Army Veteran, former California Dept. of Corrections Officer, husband & father. Representing you in the buying or selling of property is a matter I take to heart. Robert Cortez went ABOVE & BEYOND beyond to help me find just the right home for me. We must have looked at 25+ homes for sure! I was super nervous over what the process was but he explained everything to me and went over it step by step in a way I could easily understand - escrow title fees etc. all that fun stuff...lol
He didn't try to pressure me into hurrying up and picking a home. I hate when other real estate agents try to show you just the higher end homes in your budget range to make a quick sale & commission! Robert showed me everything in my price range (low & high) and I ended up spending ALOT less $$$ than I thought I would. I appreciate all the time and effort you gave me Robert.
